Peter Matrai

Mr. Matrai joined FREYR Legacy’s Board of Directors in 2019.

Prior to and concurrently with joining FREYR Legacy, he served as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at EDGE Global LLC. Prior to EDGE Global LLC, Mr. Matrai was Senior Advisor at SYSTEMIQ Ltd and Chief Financial Officer at Joule Unlimited. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the not-for-profit HTTP Foundation.

Mr. Matrai holds a B.S. in Economics and M.Sc. in Finance from Budapest University of Economics, an M.Sc. in Financial Services and Banking Techniques from Université Panthéon-Assas, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
