Andreas Bentzen

Dr. Bentzen currently serves as Chief Technology Officer of FREYR.

Prior to joining FREYR, Dr. Bentzen co-founded Otovo, the leading European residential solar energy and storage company, where he served as the Chief Technology Officer for more than six years. During his career, Dr. Bentzen has had wide experience in technology and strategic management from both industrial and academic R&D, including working as technology and management consultant for Nofas AS and as the Vice President, Technology for REC Technology U.S., Inc. in San Francisco.

He holds a Master of Science in Physical Electronics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Oslo.
